Whats the difference between - Reading, Bifocal and Varifocal Lenses?

Reading Lenses
Reading Glasses are great for seeing close up, but everything further than a few feet away appears blurred. This means swapping specs over, or looking over the top of the frame to see far away.
Bifocal Lenses
Bifocal Glasses combining both reading and distance sections within the lenses. The middle distance or intermediate distance is not available in Bifocals plus there is an unsightly line across the Lenses
Varifocal Lenses
Varifocal Glasses provide the best all round solution as they combine sections for reading, intermediate and distance, which are smoothly graduated through the lens. (As you bring your eyes down from distance to intermediate and right to the bottom of the lenses to the reading area).
